Service Fees
Our service fees are outlined in the agreement and are based on the specific services requested. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule, and any outstanding balances may result in a delay in the delivery of services.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please get in touch with us within seven days of receiving them. Refund eligibility will be determined after a thorough review of the concerns raised.
Job Placement
While we strive to connect candidates with suitable opportunities, we do not guarantee job placement. Various factors, including market conditions and individual qualifications, influence securing a position.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and career coaching materials, produced by us is the intellectual property of Staffing Together and may not be reproduced or distributed without our explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or any consequential damages resulting from using our services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not absolve the client of any outstanding financial obligations.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of Chicago. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chicago.
