Meet The Founders

Carey L. Rothbardt

is a talent advisor, people strategist, and proven thought leader. He has 20+ years of experience in multiple disciplines including executive recruiting, comprehensive H/R Solutions, financial services, and wealth management within the C-suite. He has successfully worked with small, medium, and large-size companies to help them create strategic opportunities that led to an opportunity cost of over $20 million to help them grow faster and be more profitable. Carey gives back to his community by serving on the Board of Directors of CJE Senior Life and as acting VP of the Northbrook Symphony Orchestra. Carey holds a B.A. in Speech Communications and Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University and an MBA from North Park University in Marketing/Sales Management with a certificate in organizational behavior. He has also taught high-level college courses in business negotiations.

Benjamin Salzberg

is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 20+ years of experience in HR, business transformation, corporate training, project management, safety, quality management, sales, operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. He has successfully contributed to savings of over $50 million in his career by driving various Lean Six Sigma projects. Benjamin holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois, an MBA, specialized in Quality from Stuart School of Business (IIT), and an MAT in teaching from National Louis University.

Benjamin is deft in long-term strategy planning, providing executive leadership, and managing P & L responsibility. He has worked in multiple roles during his career and has delivered successful results consistently.
